Photo by Wojciech Wandzel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Natus Vincere<\/strong> (NAVI) entered <strong>LEC Versus 2026<\/strong> with an almost entirely rookie roster and little expectations after its Summer 2025 debut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>However, the roster has quickly shaken up the standings and became one of the first three teams to secure a spot in the Playoffs, finishing its debut regular season <a href=\"https:\/\/lol.fandom.com\/wiki\/LEC\/2026_Season\/Versus_Season\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in second place<\/a>. A key part of that run has been the team\u2019s jungler, Enes \u2018<strong>Rhilech<\/strong>\u2018 U\u00e7an.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>In an interview with Esports Insider after NAVI\u2019s win over G2, Rhilech opened up about the mindset that has shaped his journey from ERL champion to one of the LEC\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/league-of-legends-best-rookies-of-the-year\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">standout rookies<\/a>. We just beat G2. It was kind of like a stomp game. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>It was really amazing to win against G2, especially against SkewMond, because two years ago, when he was in LFL, I never won against him. And coming into LEC, fourth week in my early career, he did Worlds like top eight, beating him here feels really amazing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: You guys [NAVI] came into the league very confidently, proved yourself with a lot of rookies on your roster, and everyone now is talking about you as one of the potential winners for LEC Versus. Mentally speaking, how does that make you feel?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>It feels really amazing. We are the underdogs, and we are winning. It is a really good feeling. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>For other players, I don\u2019t think we are underdogs anymore. We are going to be a top four, top five team in other teams\u2019 eyes from now on. So it\u2019s going to be really amazing to play in the playoffs as well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: Is there anything about your gameplay that you wanted to improve on heading into the last regular season week?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TheRockEUW\/status\/2020228920847798416\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Generally speaking, macro gameplay,<\/a> I think that\u2019s the biggest issue. We are really talented players. We are really good at mechanics. We are kind of on the same page, but our macro is sometimes lacking \u2014 especially against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-9GBE4ZhzuM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Karmine Corp<\/a>. That was a really hard game to play. They were really good at taking control of the map. They kind of beat us on the map. So we want to improve on micro gameplay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: Heading into the playoffs, how excited are you for Fearless Draft? Are there some jungle champions that you would like to play?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>I think I already bring forward a lot of champions. I have a really good feeling for Fearless, but we will see, because we didn\u2019t scrim in Fearless. It was like four weeks of best-of-one in LEC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>There was no point to scrim Fearless. But from next week, we\u2019ll start scrimming Fearless, and we will see what we can bring. I don\u2019t know yet, the capability, the maximum number of champions that I can bring, but you will see.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: We spoke with Sheo today from Team Heretics, and he said something about a Shaco jungle\u2026<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>No way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: Too difficult?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>No, no, no way. There is no chance. No way Shaco is coming and stealing my red level 1 too. Oh my God. I cannot imagine. You said you have a really good champion pool, and you\u2019ve been showing it during this week. Is there maybe a champion that, with Patch 26.03, you think is good to play?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>I saw <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2026\/02\/how-league-of-legends-patch-26-3-will-affect-esports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hecarim got buffed<\/a> and also tried him in SoloQ, and I really like him. Actually, when I started playing League, Ekko, Hecarim, and Kayn were my top three champions. I was only playing these three. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>I want to maybe bring Hecarim or Kayn to the Fearless Draft in the playoffs. It will be really amazing to win with my own champions in the playoffs against good <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2026\/02\/los-ratones-fall-g2-secure-playoffs-lec-versus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">top teams in the LEC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: How were you feeling when you came to the LEC? Did you have any expectations that maybe weren\u2019t met?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>My expectations were to be in the top four junglers in the LEC in my first year. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>For my second year, I want to become the best. I want to be the best jungler in the league next year, that\u2019s my expectation. So far it\u2019s going good, I think. I feel like I\u2019m among the top four junglers and we will see in next month\u2019s how it goes and then next year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: Were you disappointed by anything when playing in the LEC?\u00a0<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>The only disappointing part was like the spectators. I don\u2019t think there are many spectators for LEC. Maybe it\u2019s just because of regular games, but the stage feels a little bit smaller than I expected. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>And there aren\u2019t too many people watching. It\u2019s like 200 people, I think. I was expecting 1,000 or something kind of a bit more, but the rest, I don\u2019t have any disappointments or anything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: You do have road trips coming in Spring, so you may see a different side of the audience there. Did you see the fans at the LEC meet and greet?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>After games we have fan meets, and it\u2019s really good to see people communicating with you, seeing their comments <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Rhilechlol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on Twitter<\/a> and everywhere else. It feels really good. The art is really good. People know you, people know you are good, people know you are playing good \u2014 that feels amazing. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>For the road trip, that\u2019s our team goal right now, to go to Barcelona, and we are working on that, and we will be there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: There is a recent partnership with Movember that the LEC announced. What do you think about the LEC giving more support to players for their mental health?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>I have no idea how this works because I didn\u2019t get any bad habits or anything, but <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2026\/01\/movember-mental-lec-vct-game-changers-emea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the idea is good<\/a>. To bring this to help players, to help them improve and build discipline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: If you\u2019re comfortable sharing, how is your mental health approach to the game and being a pro player?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>My approach is \u2018not winning to improve\u2019. I don\u2019t want to only win. I want to keep improving. If you keep improving, even just 1% every day, eventually, in the end, you will win. That\u2019s the biggest thing that matters when you\u2019re a pro player. And most of the players don\u2019t understand this, they want to only win, win, win\u2026 But winning is not the only thing that matters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESI: How did you reach this conclusion? Did you have anyone supporting you in the early stages of your career?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Rhilech: <\/strong>The biggest trigger point was last year in BK ROG Esports when we won the LFL. But everything \u2014  scrims \u2014  was going really badly, we were shaky in official matches. We were kind of choking, but after one point, I realised, \u201cokay, it doesn\u2019t matter. In the end, we just need to improve. We just need to focus on what\u2019s next.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>With this mentality, together as a team, we approached it like this. It worked out really well; <a href=\"https:\/\/lol.fandom.com\/wiki\/LFL\/2025_Season\/Spring_Playoffs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">we won the LFL. <\/a>We went from almost getting eliminated by one game to winning the LFL. It was a really amazing one. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>This year, in the LEC team, we are really professional. We all have a mental coach, Zuzanna Hejduk-Mostowy. She\u2019s really helping on this matter as well and everyone is kind of on the same page about improving.
