EPIC.LAN has shared details surrounding its Counter-Strike 2 LAN event taking place from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025.

Ahead of the tournament, the UK-based tournament organiser has confirmed that EPIC46 will be a Tier 2 tournament after complying with Valve’s Tournament Operation Requirements.

Alongside confirming EPIC46’s Tier 2 status, EPIC.LAN has reiterated that its tournament status does not guarantee that the event is ranked, meaning it may not contribute to the Valve Regional Standings (VRS).

To be classified as a ranked event, tournaments rely on coverage from Counter-Strike esports publication HLTV, which tracks the amount of VRS points won and lost during matches.

EPIC.LAN revealed it will apply for HLTV coverage “no more than 15 days prior to the start of the Main Event stage,” adhering to the publication’s guidelines.

“EPIC.LAN is not able to guarantee prior to the event if coverage is confirmed,” stated the tournament organiser. “We will follow due process to receive coverage as we have for all of our Counter-Strike LAN events since EPIC26.”

Teams competing at the event will be seeded using October’s VRS, which was topped by The MongolZ following a string of consistent performances in Tier 1 tournaments.

Signups for the event are open until October 30th at 4 pm GMT.

The Importance Of VRS

The VRS has become increasingly important throughout the 2025 season. For the StarLadder Budapest Major, Valve scrapped Major Regional Qualifiers (MRQs) in favour of using its standings as the sole determining factor to determine the teams that qualify for a Major.

As a result, several esports organisations have attended Tier 2 tournaments to earn points in a bid to climb the rankings.

While this has generated plenty of publicity for tournament organisers attracting high-profile teams, the system has led to teams deciding to withdraw from competitions at the last minute.

In October, several teams withdrew from Fragadelphia Blocktober, citing potential VRS ramifications and a lack of HLTV coverage as factors behind their decision.

Fnatic Razork at Worlds 2025: “I just think we are not playing well as a team”

So far, the League of Legends World Championship 2025 have undoubtedly been rough for LEC fans.

As the region’s third seed, Fnatic entered the tournament carrying the weight of years of unmet ambitions — the team has not reached the playoffs at Worlds since 2020, making this a crucial test of whether it can reclaim its former international stature.

Fnatic started its Worlds 2025 run with a loss to CTBC Flying Oyster, a team that went on to defeat T1. In Fnatic’s second match, the team faced LPL’s first seed Bilibili Gaming and were unable to secure a win. Now, at 0–2, Fnatic will face Movistar KOI, with the loser set to be eliminated from Worlds 2025.

In an interview with Esports Insider following the team’s loss to BLG, Fnatic’s jungler Iván ‘Razork‘ Martín Díaz opened up about the roster’s current struggles and what needs to change for Fnatic to bounce back.

Esports Insider: Can you share your unfiltered thoughts after this game?

Razork: I just think we are not playing well as a team. I feel like we are just not good enough this tournament so far.

ESI: What do you think you would need to improve on at this team?

Razork: I mean, I think there are tons of things we have to improve on right now. I’m just not sure if it’s a lack of confidence or… I’m not sure.

I just don’t think we are playing the game how it’s supposed to be played in official games, and I don’t think even we are having the best of our practice in scrims. So yeah, I just don’t know how to change the situation right now. I just feel like we are not playing well.

ESI: Are there any exercises or any people that you can talk to when you feel like that? To change that mentality for yourself and your teammates?

Razork: I don’t think it’s like anything individual. I just feel like, as a team, we are not very synchronised and we are making a lot of mistakes.

We’re just not really following one plan. So I don’t think it’s about talking to someone about issues. It’s like we have to actively try to change it, and I’m not sure… I’m not sure what is the direction that we are going to take, but for sure, we have to change something if we actually want to go far in this tournament, as right now, with our backs against the wall. So, we need to do something.

ESI: What is something that you want to do about your individual performance? You cannot talk for others, for your teammates, as you need to regroup and think about it. But just right now, do you have anything in mind that you think you could be practising for Saturday?

Razork: I mean yeah, there’s stuff that I want to practice. I’m obviously not going to say it right now as I don’t want to leak info. But overall, I feel like I need to be more confident and trust myself way more so I can play at my best because I know that when those things are happening, I am a very good player.

ESI: Last time that we spoke, you said that you’re the best AP jungler in the world, yet we’ve yet to see you play any AP jungler. Is it because the BO1 format doesn’t really allow you to be flexible in draft?

Razork: Yeah, I mean also I think the meta has their priorities right now, and it’s hard to force drafts when the enemy team is drafting properly. You can’t really play the AP jungles like that.

ESI: One more question I have about the game is about Shad0w. He was a player in the LEC, and I believe the last time that you guys played against each other in the LEC was Summer 2020. You were with Misfits, and he was with Mad Lions. Do you recall anything about those matches against him in the LEC, and how do you feel both of you have improved over the years?

Razork: I honestly didn’t know much about him until he joined BLG. I mean I knew he went to play in the LPL, but I didn’t follow him much. I think since he joined BLG, I think he’s playing pretty good and I think he’s actually making his team way better. I don’t remember much honestly, about the games when I played against him in Misfits, but for sure, he got much, much better as a player.

ESI: All teams have been practising Fearless Draft all year, and during these BO1 this new feature for Worlds 2025 hasn’t been used for obvious reasons. But would you say Fearless Draft is improving the quality of the games?

Razork: Yeah, for sure. I don’t even realise how we played without Fearless Draft. It just feels really boring to play the same three champs in the role.

I think Fearless adds more spiciness towards the viewership and also towards the players, so they can play more and stuff. So I think it’s going to be way better with Fearless moving forward at Worlds.

ESI: Since the last time that we spoke, the Worlds Anthem was released, and this year it focuses on the ‘Sacrifice’ of pros. Can you share some of your own personal sacrifices that you had to make to arrive where you are right now?

Razork: I did sacrifice a lot in my life to be a pro player. I left my house at 17, you leave your friends and your family. So there are a lot of sacrifices in order to chase your dreams and do what you want. I would say those mainly.

ESI: And was there ever a moment in your career, since you left your house, where you felt like the sacrifices were worth it?

Razork: Yeah, I think all the time. I think that way I left my house, I left my friends and my family, but in the end I’m doing what I like and what I love to do, and that is working as a pro player for Fnatic. So I don’t have any regrets.

ESI: Moving forward in the competition, do you feel like you will have any regrets, or do you feel like you will turn the tables on your situation?

Razork: I’m not sure, right now we’re not in an easy position. I think the whole team is doing their best to make it work, but we just need to try harder or push harder. I don’t know, but for sure, I think I’m not going to have regrets as I’m doing my best.

OverActive Media stock forecast 2025-2030: Will the OAM share price reach its ceiling?

Esports Team

Futuristic control room with glowing blue and orange digital screens displaying graphs, charts, a world map, and data analytics

TL;DR

  • OverActive Media has seen its stock price increase by almost 22% in 2025 due to increased revenue and business developments.
  • The company owns Movistar KOI and Toronto Ultras, two prominent esports organisations operating in games such as League of Legends and Call of Duty.
  • OAM reported revenue of CAD$8.36 million for the second quarter of 2025, up 26% from CAD$6.61 million for the corresponding period last year.
  • It launched ActiveVoices, an AI-powered real-time language localisation platform, providing translation, dubbing and multi-platform publishing for creators and brands.
  • In addition to esports teams, the company operates a digital media agency, an influencer agency, a content production studio, and a live events business.

OverActive Media, which owns the Movistar KOI and Toronto Ultra esports brands, has seen its stock price rise almost 22% during 2025.

This increase has been fueled by a sharp rise in revenue, the launch of an AI-powered platform, and hopes that margins will expand.

But longer-term investors in the Canadian-based company won’t be celebrating as shares have actually fallen 85% since it went public in 2021.

In our OverActive Media stock forecast 2025-2030, we review its business interests, examine its latest results, and consider what potential investors can expect.

OverActive Media stock forecast 2025–2026: One-year OAM stock projection

The problem with investing in small companies is that they’re not closely followed by stock market analysts.

Whereas the multi-billion-dollar corporate giants have numerous investors poring over their accounts, those at the other end of the scale are often overlooked.

This can make it a nightmare for individual investors who have to form judgment calls on stocks without access to professional advice.

For example, the algorithmic forecasts of Wallet Investor, the OAM share price is only expected to rise modestly to CAD$0.34 over the coming year.

This would be a 21% increase over the CAD$0.28 closing price as the stock market closed on October 14, 2025. The site brands OAM stock as an “acceptable” long-term (one-year) investment.

How about the longer-term OAM stock prediction? What are the OverActive Media stock predictions of analysts and algorithmic forecasters for the next five years?

Latest earnings results

In August 2025, OverActive published its financial results for the three months to the end of June 2025.

These showed revenue of CAD$8.36 million, which was up from CAD$6.61 million in the same period last year.

This 26% uplift was driven by strong growth in its Business Operations division, led by events and agencies, which offset lower league revenues.

In a statement, Adam Adamou, OverActive’s chief executive, explained that the quarter had been about delivery and discipline.

He said: “These results demonstrate our ability to create demand, deliver premium fan experiences, and convert them into revenue across regions.”

Adamou also highlighted tight cost controls that brought operating expenses down 14% even though the company invested in rosters and production capacity.

“The quarter’s margin profile reflects a deliberate mix shift toward events and agency work; we expect that to rebalance in the second half as higher-margin league-share and digital merchandise come through,” he said. “With a cash position of $5.1 million and positive working capital, we’re set up to expand margins and keep moving toward our profitability objectives.”

Operating expenses decreased 14% to CAD$5.17 million from CAD$6.03 million, reflecting lower restructuring and business development costs.

However, it recorded a comprehensive loss of CAD$1.49 million, compared to a comprehensive CAD$6.43 million income for 2024’s second quarter. The previous year benefited from a “non-recurring CAD$9.8 million gain”.

Division performance

Digging deeper into the company’s results, revenues for Team Operations fell just over CAD$1 million to CAD$1.15 million during the quarter.

This reflected a shift in payment structure from a higher annual minimum guarantee in 2024 to a lower base guarantee supplemented by milestone-based incentives in 2025.

The elimination of the Counter-Strike (CS) roster also meant it lost the opportunity to sell digital goods and stickers.

However, revenue for Business Operations rose CAD$2.77 million to CAD$7.2 million, primarily due to two events: LEC on the Road and the Call of Duty Championship Weekend.

OverActive Media business areas

OverActive has two distinct divisions: team operations and business operations. Let’s take a look at each in a bit more detail.

Team operations

OverActive runs elite competitive esports teams under two brands: Movistar KOI and Toronto Ultra. It earns income from performance-based revenue and tournament prize winnings.

Movistar KOI, a Spanish organisation, is its flagship brand that has been involved in League of Legends, VALORANT and Free Fire. Toronto Ultra, meanwhile, plays Call of Duty.

Business operations

This includes all the company’s commercial activities, such as sponsorship and partnership programs, merchandising, original content, and fan experiences.

OverActive also runs a digital media agency, an influencer agency, a content production studio, and a live events business.

High-profile partners

OverActive has signed partnerships with a number of globally recognised brands, including energy drink Red Bull, fashion group Kappa, Monster Energy, and Blacklyte.

Other OverActive Media news

Regarding other OverActive media news, the company has been active since the end of its second quarter in June 2025.

Launch of ActiveVoices

It introduced ActiveVoices, an AI-powered real-time language localisation platform, providing translation, dubbing and multi-platform publishing for creators and brands. It plans to roll out the KOI Voices pilot program, integrating ActiveVoices technology into Movistar KOI content.

Showcase at China Esports Conference

It presented its vision for the future of esports, digital media and AI-powered content creation at the prestigious China Esports Conference in Shanghai.

Esports World Cup

Toronto Ultra (competing as Movistar KOI) finished third at the Esports World Cup, earning $200,000.

What is the outlook?

What is the conclusion of our OAM stock analysis? Well, there are clear pros and cons when it comes to the question of whether you should invest in OverActive Media.

Firstly, the company is clearly ambitious and operates in a fast-growing, exciting market area expected to expand in the coming years.

Revenue has been increasing sharply, and continued growth will be necessary to maintain the OAM stock price over the coming year.

However, a bonus is that OAM has a diversified portfolio of interests, including teams, a digital agency, and live events. Therefore, it’s not overly reliant on just one area.

What is OverActive Media?

OAM is a global esports and entertainment organisation that’s focused on creating immersive experiences for players and fans.

The company was listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV) on July 14, 2021, after completing a merger with Abigail Capital Corporation.

It has declared its mission to be: “We build teams, communities and experiences that engage, resonate and inspire generations of fans.”

OAM’s teams are Toronto Ultra, a powerhouse name within Call of Duty, and Movistar KOI of Spain, known for its success in League of Legends.

In addition to running teams and leagues, it’s involved in event production and the provision of gamer-centric content and merchandise.

While its headquarters are in Toronto, Canada, it also has operations in Madrid, Spain and Berlin, Germany.

Conclusion: Should I buy OAM stock?

This is a decision you must make based on your personal circumstances, attitude to risk and view of the company’s prospects.

Of course, the company’s shares are very cheap. As the stock market closed on October 14, 2025, they were priced at just CAD$0.285. However, that doesn’t automatically mean it’s worth putting your money into the esports company. You will need to consider the evidence and make your own call.

Trading carries financial risk and can lead to losses. Always conduct your own analysis and never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Anyone’s Legend and KT Rolster qualify for League of Legends Worlds 2025 Knockout Stage

KT Rolster and Anyone’s Legend have become the first teams to qualify for the League of Legends World Championship 2025 Knockout Stage.

The teams secured a place in the next stage by defeating Top Esports and CTBC Flying Oysters, respectively, in the first BO3 match-ups of the Swiss Stage.

CFO and Anyone’s Legend Battle it Out in Worlds Classic

Fresh off the back of a surprising result against reigning champions T1, CTBC Flying Oysters (CFO) was unable to make its dream run to the Knockout Stage a reality, falling to Anyone’s Legends in a brilliant series.

The BO3 series already had a sense of anticipation; however, this was further intensified when Anyone’s Legend’s Li ‘Flandre’ Xuanjun surprisingly picked Kled in the game one draft. Despite Anyone’s Legend coming into the match-up as the favourite, CFO held its ground in the early game.

Whilst the LPL team picked up the first kill and tower, as well as two dragons, the LCP first seed recorded a small gold lead. After a relatively passive early game, the match went into full gear in the 18th minute around the dragon pit. After securing four kills and zero deaths, CFO took control of the rift, slaying the third dragon and claiming the Atakahn in another tense team fight.

Despite having the upper hand, however, Anyone’s Legend refused to back down. With the LCP representative looking to close the game out, veteran jungler Lee ‘Tarzan’ Seung-yong stole the Baron for Anyone’s Legend in the 30th minute. However, CFO quickly replied, wiping the LPL second seed off the map to maintain momentum.

A Quadra Kill from Chiu ‘Doggo’ Tzu-Chuan on Corki in the 38th minute concluded a surprisingly dominant game from CFO, recording a 38-minute 20-5 win.

Game two started a lot more on the front foot, with both teams trading kills in the first 15 minutes. However, in a complete reversal of game one, it was CFO that had the dragon lead but failed to claim the third objective in the 18th minute. This time, Anyone’s Legend took the crucial team fight to build a gold lead.

As focus turned towards the Atakhan, both sides made attempts to steal this crucial objective. Ultimately, though, Anyone’s Legends stole the fourth dragon of the game and the Atakahn in the 25th minute.

In spite of CFO putting up a valiant effort in game two, Anyone Legends’ solid team fight execution saw the Chinese side level the score 1-1 with a 30-minute 18-11 victory. Player of the game undoubtedly went to Cui ‘Shanks’ Xiaojun, whose Orianna racked up a KDA of 5/1/10.

With a place in the Knockout stages on the line, game three started incredibly tense, with one kill a piece by the 15th-minute mark.

However, in the end, it was Shanks on the LeBlanc that proved to be too much for CTBC Flying Oysters. After securing three kills by the 17th minute, the AP champion managed to scale up to help bring home the series in front of AL’s home crowd.

A pivotal moment in the match came during the 20th minute as Anyone’s Legends secured the Atakhan, as well as an Ace, to gain momentum in the match. Ten minutes later, Top Esports would enter CFO’s base to record a 15-7 30-minute win.

KT Rolster Topples Top Esports

The opening match of Worlds 2025 Swiss Stage round three saw League of Legends’ two best regions clash as the LPL’s Top Esports and LCK’s KT Rolster looked to secure an early entry into the Knockouts Stage.

In the end, it was the South Korean representative that walked out victorious with a 2-0 victory.

Game one provided a very similar narrative to all of KT Rolster’s matches so far. The LCK second seed was on the back foot in the early game, losing first blood and three dragons by the 17th minute. However, the game was defined by the mid-game.

By consistently denying Top Esports the Dragon Soul, as well as executing crucial team fights, KT Rolster was able to take control of the game. With the gold fairly even throughout the game, KT Rolster’s team fighting ability came into full effect around the Baron pit, killing its opponents and claiming the objective.

A few minutes later, KT Rolster took down Top Esports’ Nexus to secure a 28-10 win. In particular, the game saw standout performances from Jungler Mun ‘Cuzz’ U-chan on Wukong (7/3/13 KDA) and Seo ‘deokdam’ Dae-gil’s Corki (9/1/11 KDA).

Whilst the first game showed glimmers of hope for Top Esports, the same couldn’t be said for game two. Despite Top Esports’ support player Fu ‘Hang’ Minghang managing to claim first blood for the team, KT’s superior objective control and aggression proved to be too much for the LPL side.

A 26-minute Quadra Kill by Deokdam on Ezreal sealed Top Esports’ fate, as the team claimed the Baron, then Dragon Soul a few minutes later to win 18-7 in just under 30 minutes. As a result, KT Rolster, to the surprise of many, has ended the Swiss Stage with a 3-0 record and a spot in the Knockouts.

What is Next for Worlds 2025 Swiss Stage?

The League of Legends World Championship 2025 will continue round three of its Swiss Stage over the weekend, with 1-1 and 0-2 match-ups still to be played.

For KT and Anyone’s Legend, the teams will have an elongated break until the Knockout stage, while Top Esports and CFO will once again be able to fight for qualification next week.

On October 18th, the 1-1 matches will be played. These are as follows:

  • Team Secret Whales vs FlyQuest
  • Gen.G vs T1
  • G2 vs BLG
  • 100 Thieves vs Hanwha Life Esports

All matches will be streamed live on League of Legends’ official esports Twitch and YouTube channels, alongside accepted co-streamers. Games will kick off on October 18th at 9AM BST.

Battlefield 6: Best settings to make combat easier

Esports Team

TL;DR

  • Battlefield 6 has a ton of settings to adjust how the game plays
  • Graphic settings on PC are robust and modular
  • The controller gets a dedicated settings tab for more precise control over how it works
  • Consoles also get plenty of options to customise how the game looks
  • Battlefield 6 has optimised performance that doesn’t require many changes.

Dice’s new military shooter is out, and players are pleased with its performance both on PC and consoles. You might still want to tweak some Battlefield 6 settings to make the experience better and more tailored to your tastes. The good news is that Battlefield doesn’t leave older rigs behind, but it can still squeeze extra frames depending on the settings.

The developers have done a remarkable job of including numerous settings in Battlefield 6. From graphical elements to controls and from screen effects to vehicle functionality, there is a lot that can be customised. Having almost every option available to change is great, but it can also become overwhelming to experiment and dial everything in.

The best settings for Battlefield 6 are those that make the controls feel natural to you. The less friction between you and the controls, the better you’ll be able to shoot opponents. The goal of this BF6 settings guide is to explain essential settings so you can see, shoot, and move better in the game.

Battlefield 6: Best graphics settings

Dice includes many graphic and display options in Battlefield 6. You’ll be able to fine-tune the game to run better on your PC and hopefully increase frame rates, drop stuttering, and lower sudden FPS drops in demanding areas. The Battlefield 6 graphics guide will target the usual suspects that tank performance. Of course, if you have a capable rig, you can crank up everything and get excellent in-game performance.

How to set up

To set Battlefield 6 graphics settings, head to Settings and then Graphics. Test out the performance to see if it’s satisfactory. I recommend setting Performance and Graphics presets to Custom, as we want to change individual settings. Set the Sharpness below 50%, but you can gradually change to see what looks best. Pick Borderless Fullscreen Mode, which will make you Alt+Tab out of the game easily.

Battlefield 6: Best controller settings

Battlefield 6 works great with a controller. Even if you prefer the accuracy of a mouse and keyboard, I still recommend keeping a controller for aerial combat. Dice has done a great job of including many controller settings, making the game handle much better once you nail them down. Here are the best Battlefield 6 controller settings:

Aim

How to Set Up:

To set up controller settings, head over to General Settings, then Controller, and press Edit Settings. I recommend starting from the Infantry section as it’s the most important one. The Infantry settings change how your character moves, aims, and shoots in the game.

I also recommend turning off vibration completely. Set Center Deadzone to 5 and move up if you feel any drifting. As for Controller Triggers, set the Deadzone to 0 and Max Input Threshold to 100. These settings will make everything feel more responsive and make moving across huge maps easier.

Battlefield 6: Best console settings

Battlefield 6 has plenty of settings to tweak on consoles, too. While not as granular as PC settings, these options can help you see, aim, and take down enemies better. Here are the best Battlefield 6 console settings I recommend:

  • Set Performance Preset to Auto (Performance) as it will automatically prioritise performance.
  • Adjust the Field of View to be around 105; that’s my personal sweet spot for FPS. You can adjust according to your preference.
  • The Vehicle 3rd Person Field of View can be cranked to above 80, the higher the better. You can easily spot sneaky mine throwers trying to destroy your hard-earned Battlefield ride
  • Put the Weapon Field of View to Wide
  • I recommend turning down Weapon and World Motion Blur to 0. It’s a multiplayer game; we don’t usually need these here.
  • I also set the Camera Shake Amount to 0 because I like to aim without distractions.
  • You can also Reduce Sprint Camera Bobbing to On, especially if you are prone to motion sickness.
  • Turn off Vignette, Film Grain, and Chromatic Aberration to get the cleanest view of the game.
  • Increase the Minimap Size to Medium; it gives all the info without being too distracting.

Conclusion

Dice gave us plenty of Battlefield 6 settings to play with. Previous Battlefield games lacked many popular settings, but BF6 settings are finally on par with COD. Fans moving from Call of Duty to Battlefield will appreciate the option to make the gameplay exactly as they like.

Danish Fortnite esports player Marius ‘MariusCOW‘ Wendt has renewed his contract with Gentle Mates.

The player will continue to represent the French esports organisation during the 2026 Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) season.

Announced on October 16th, the renewal of MariusCOW’s contract is a continuation of Gentle Mates cementing its Fortnite roster ahead of the 2026 season.

Before MariusCOW’s renewal, the organisation announced Vanya ‘Vanyak3k’ Sakach has also renewed his contract.

The Dane recorded plenty of impressive results throughout the 2025 season alongside Vanyak3k, including victory in Europe’s Major 2 Grand Final and a second-place finish at the FNCS 2025 Global Championship.

Gentle Mates is one of several esports organisations competing in Fortnite esports. For 2026, Epic Games has revealed that the FNCS is switching back from Trios to Duos, a format previously used in 2023 and 2024.

In addition to format changes, the developer and publisher of the battle royale title has confirmed four LAN events will take place next year. Notably, the Road Elite Series will be a Reload tournament where players can respawn if a teammate is still alive.

Gentle Mates Fortnite In 2025

Following the conclusion of the 2025 FNCS season, Gentle Mates has streamlined its Fortnite roster. In October, the organisation parted ways with its coach and five players, reducing its player count from ten to five.

Despite the downsizing of its roster, Gentle Mates is set to field a line-up filled with top European and South American talent.

Outside of Fortnite, Gentle Mates continues to expand into other esports titles.

In August 2025, the organisation signed the former Iberian Soul roster, expanding into Counter-Strike 2 esports.

Currently ranked 23rd in the October Valve Regional Standings (VRS), the team almost qualified for the StarLadder Budapest Major after an impressive showing as a last-minute addition to ESL Pro League Season 22.

Esports company OverActive Media (OAM) plans to borrow C$1m (~£530,300) to support its AI-powered global content localisation platform ActiveVoices.

According to a press release, the funds will be borrowed from ‘an entity controlled by Sheldon Pollack’, who is the Chairman of the OAM’s board of directors.

As part of its debt financing plan, OAM intends to issue a secured promissory note with a term of six months and an annual interest rate of 12%. In addition, the company will provide the lender with 330,000 common share purchase warrants, which will have an exercise price of C$0.30 (~£0.16) per warrant and a term of one year.

OAM plans to use the loaned funds for general working capital purposes related to its ActiveVoices platform.

“We see an extraordinary window of opportunity to scale ActiveVoices into a global technology platform serving creators, brands, and media partners,” shared Adam Adamou, CEO of OverActive Media.

“This financing gives us the flexibility to aggressively pursue that growth engine while continuing to execute on our disciplined path to profitability. Our focus remains on building a profitable, asset-backed digital media company that captures the full potential of our franchises, our fanbase and proprietary technology.”

ActiveVoices was first announced in August at the China Esports Conference 2025 in Shanghai. The SaaS platform aims to enable ethical, high-margin content distribution for content creators and esports, offering translation, dubbing and multi-platform publishing.

OverActive Media’s Stake in Esports

OveAactive Media Corp. is a global media, sports and entertainment company founded in 2018. Among the company’s many subsidiaries are notable esports businesses KOI and Toronto Ultra.

KOI is primarily known for its VALORANT and LEC rosters. However, recently the organisation lost its EMEA partner team spot in Riot Games’ franchised VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT).

Meanwhile, Toronto Ultra will continue to compete in the Call of Duty League (CDL) next season.
