Team Liquid has announced its return to Apex Legends in partnership with gaming peripheral brand Alienware.

The esports organisation returns to the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) by signing ZZ’s roster, a team set to compete at the 2026 Championship.

Before signing with Team Liquid, the trio last played in the 2025 Split 2 Pro League Americas as ZZ, where it placed as the runner-up out of 30 competing rosters.

These are all of the players that will compete under Team Liquid Alienware:

  • Rhys ‘Zer0‘ Perry
  • Nochilas ‘Sikezz‘ Odom
  • Nicholas ‘Fuhhnq‘ Wall

Winnie ‘tiltedwinnie‘ Long will also join the Apex Legends roster as its coach, with previous experience with organisations such as NRG.

Zer0 in particular is a noteworthy addition to Team Liquid’s squad, having previously played for Team Falcons alongside Phillip ‘ImperialHal‘ Dosen. While playing for his past organisation, he won the 2025 Split 1 Pro League in Americas, the 2025 Open and placed third in the Year 4 Championship.

“Finally get to be with an organisation I grew up watching,” Zer0 shared online. “Couldn’t be happier with how everything’s turned out. Time for [Team] Liquid Apex to actually win something.”

Before the announcement, Team Liquid’s previous trio, including Luis ‘Neazul‘ Enrique Ramos Suarez, Alexis ‘Jaguares‘ Martinez and Saul ‘YanYa‘ Ocampo Plascencia were moved to the inactive position.

Team Liquid Heads to the Championship

Fans can see the new roster in action at the upcoming ALGS 2026 Championship, taking place from January 15th to 18th, 2026. The competition will take place in Sapporo, Japan and serves as the crowning event of Year 5 before kickstarting the next season.

40 teams from across the world, including Europe, Americas, APAC North and South, will compete for the lion’s share of a $2m (~£1.52m) prize pool. Team Liquid will compete against well-known organisations in the scene, including Team Falcons, TSM, Alliance, Gen.G Esports and more.
