Counter-Strike 2 has introduced StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 in-game stickers and Pick Ems to celebrate the teams and players competing at the event.

Fans can purchase sticker capsules containing the logos of all 32 teams taking part in the final event of the 2025 season.

StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Viewer Pass

The November 12th update for the first-person shooter title also introduced the Budapest 2025 Viewer Pass.

Players are granted access to unlimited team graffiti to use throughout the tournament, in addition to purchasing Souvenir Tokens, which can be exchanged for Souvenir items from any matches taking place.

Those with a Viewer Pass can upgrade their Pick Em coin by successfully predicting the outcome of each stage.

Pick Ems for the opening stage of the tournament are live now, with the event kicking off on November 24th. Fans can predict the eight teams that advance to Stage 2, along with the two teams that will be eliminated from the tournament without winning a match.

In addition to Pick Ems and stickers, the update also introduces Sticker Slabs. Slabs are charms that provide an indirect method for players to attach stickers to their weapons.

CS2 Jump Changes

While the StarLadder Budapest Major build-up headlines the November 12th update, Valve has also made several bug fixes and client changes.

The developer has addressed an issue where in-game clients would mispredict jump button presses and jump apexes. Elsewhere, performance improvements are aiming to optimise various elements of the game.

The Budapest Major begins on November 24th and runs until December 14th. For the first time in Major history, a best-of-five Grand Final will determine the eventual champion.

Stickers for Counter-Strike Majors play a pivotal role in the title’s ecosystem, with teams participating in the tournaments receiving a share of the revenue generated by sales. An Esports Insider report last year revealed that the split between organisations and their players is typically 50/50.
