T1 have announced that Lee ‘Gumayusi’ Min-hyeong will leave the organisation, stating that the player had “left T1 to embark on a new challenge.”
The move follows a rollercoaster year for the bot laner, who had been benched in favour of Shin ‘Smash’ Geum-jae early in the year.
Despite that, Gumayusi departs as a Worlds three-time champion and the MVP of the 2025 Worlds Final, which secured T1 their famous threepeat.
