LCK team BRION rebrands to Hanjin BRION for 2026

Korean esports organisation BRION Esports has unveiled its new naming sponsor, logistics company Hanjin Co. Ltd.

The team will compete under the name ‘Hanjin BRION’ in the upcoming 2026 LCK season. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The new partnership deal comes shortly after BRION ended its three-year collaboration with Korean bank OK Savings Bank, which is part of the OK Financial Group.

According to a report by Korean media Maeil Business Newspaper, the new partnership will see BRION feature Hanjin’s branding on the team uniforms, stadium installations, as well as online and offline content.

Additionally, the two companies will host fan meets and other promotional activities, use Hanjin’s global network and logistics marketing assets, and plan to hold an official sponsorship signing ceremony within this month.

Hanjin joins BRION’s portfolio of partners, which includes streaming platform CHZZK, clothing brands hummel and GOALSTUDIO, and remittance service Utransfer, among others.

Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Seoul, Hanjin is a leading integrated freight and logistics provider with a nationwide network in Korea. The company also has a global footprint by supporting key industrial and retail sectors.

The logistics company is part of the Hanjin Group, one of South Korea’s biggest conglomerates, which also owns companies in the aviation, real estate, and travel sectors.

Throughout the past years, the LCK has welcomed several major business groups from non-endemic industries, looking to leverage esports’ popularity in South Korea and across the globe. Hanwha Life Esports is owned by the omonimous insurance company, while food and beverage brand Nongshim acquired Team Dynamics in 2020 to become Nongshim RedForce.

The new Hanjin BRION branding is set to make its first appearance when the new 2026 season kicks off on January 14th with the start of the LCK Cup. The kickoff tournament will decide the two Korean representatives at the first international tournament of the competitive season, First Stand.
