Rainbow Six Siege X (R6) teams Project Zero and Oxygen Esports have successfully qualified for the Six Invitational 2026 tournament through the Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ).
Only two spots remain for the R6 esports crowning event, featuring the top 20 international teams will compete in Paris, France, this February to be crowned the season’s new champion.
The Last Chance Qualifiers serve as the final available pathway to the R6 crowning event, where the best organisations from the Global Points standings face off against qualified rosters in each region.
Project Zero emerged victorious in the Europe and MENA LCQ, outperforming seven other teams including Virtus.pro, Gen.G Esports and Geekay Esports. In the end, the roster triumphed over the Saudi Arabian organisation Twisted Minds after defeating them 2-1 in the Grand Finals.
Oxygen Esports qualified for the Six Invitational after winning the North America LCQ, which featured notable organisations such as Cloud9 and DarkZero. After first losing to DarkZero in the Upper Bracket Finals, Oxygen Esports claimed a revenge victory in the Grand Finals by winning 2-0.
As the time of writing, only two spots remain undecided for the R6 crowning event, set to be filled by the winners of the South America and Asia Pacific (APAC) LCQ. By January 18th, all 20 teams competing at the Six Invitational will be decided.

What is the Six invitational?
The Six Invitational is the most prestigious tournament in the R6 esports circuit, serving as the final cross-regional event to end the season before kickstarting the next year.
Teams from across the four main regions, Europe MENA, North America, South America, and APAC, will gather in Paris France to compete for the championship title.
The R6 tournament returns to Europe after four years. In 2022, the Six Invitational was held in Sweden, but did not feature a live audience due to the country’s pandemic restrictions.
This year’s R6 Six Invitational will run from February 2nd to 6th, 2026. The 2025 edition was previously won by FaZe Clan, who will return to defend their title, but only time will tell whether a new champion will be crowned.
