The rumoured Fortnite South Park crossover has finally dropped in the latest Fortnite update, bringing with it some fun new South Park-themed content for fans of the show and casual players alike to enjoy. As well as a handful of new items, the update also includes a new South Park-themed mini battle pass that allows players to earn 12 rewards for free, alongside an additional 13th reward.

Fortnite South Park quests
The crossover has introduced several new South Park-themed quests that players can complete in the battle royale game mode in Fortnite. Completing these quests is the key to unlocking rewards in the Fortnite South Park pass. The rewards in the pass are unlocked with Cred, an energy drink item from the show and a parody of the Prime energy drink. Cred is obtained by completing quests.
Memberberries (a talking fruit from the show with an obsession for nostalgia) are also unlocked by completing a certain number of the South Park quests. For example, you get one Memberberry for completing four of the quests in section 1. Memberberries do not unlock battle pass rewards, but if you collect all six, you can get the free Imaginationland Airship glider.

Fortnite x South Park rewards
The rewards in the Fortnite x South Park collab come from the mini battle pass, which – as mentioned above – can be collected by earning Cred and using it to unlock each tier. The Imaginationland Airship glider is also an earnable reward unlocked when all six Memberberries are collected (this is currently impossible, as only section one of the South Park quests can be completed). Unfortunately, there are no Fortnite South Park crossover skins available in the mini pass. The skins are only available in the in-game shop and have to be purchased with V-Bucks.

If you would rather unlock all the items in the mini battle pass straight away, you can always opt to pay for the pass, though that does mean that it’s no longer free. Players can use V-Bucks to unlock tiers of the pass, with each tier costing 150 V-Bucks. You can only unlock the tiers in ascending order, so you can’t just go straight for the end reward first.
If you want to unlock every reward immediately, it will cost 1,800 V-Bucks. You could choose to finish a few quests and then pay for the rest, as this will cost less. That being said, the South Park-themed quests aren’t particularly challenging, as a lot of them can be obtained naturally within a game. Make sure that you are certain about spending your V-Bucks before you decide to pay for the Fortnite South Park mini pass.
