The Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) has unveiled an extensive slate of new and returning partners for the ALGS Year 5 Championship, the season-ending esports event for Apex Legends.
Among the partners are energy drink brand Red Bull, peripherals brand Razer, and app store Google Play.
A total of 12 partners will support the ALGS Year 5 Championship taking place in Sapporo, Japan, from January 15th to 18th, 2026. Red Bull will act as the event’s official energy partner and will host a range of in-person activations, including a photo booth and bar.
Razer is the event’s official chair partner, supplying its Iskur V2 NewGen chair across the main stage and fan zones. In addition to supplying the event with chairs, the brand will host an on-site booth featuring product demonstrations and opportunities to meet Razer ambassadors.
“The ALGS Year 5 Championship is a huge collaboration between our players, viewers, and, of course, our valued partners,” said Monica Dinsmore, Head of Esports at EA.
“The number of global and local partners involved with this event is a great example of the impact hosting an ALGS event has, providing lots of opportunities not only to local Sapporo businesses but also to some of gaming’s biggest brands.”
Alongside global partners, the ALGS Year 5 Championship has joined forces with several Japanese businesses. Fashion brand BEAMS has launched a limited merchandise collection available exclusively at the venue. Meanwhile, macaron shop Macaron et Chocolate has crafted Apex Legends-themed gift boxes for fans in attendance.
