Sixteen-year-old Tekken competitor Neia recently placed 17th at Evo 2026, her first major esports tournament. Now, Team Vitality has added the young Tekken prodigy to its FGC roster.
According to a press release from Team Vitality, Neia will be developing her skills alongside Team Vitality’s FGC veterans, Sang-hyun ‘Jeondding’ Jeon and Rey ‘KingReyJr’ Escanio. This is part of the French esports organisation’s goal of growing its presence in the FGC scene.
Neia Impresses at Evo France in 2025
Neia may just be 16 years old, but she has already proven to be quite a promising player in the Tekken scene. Her aggressive and innovative playstyle on Lili stood out at Evo France, despite her initial hesitation to attend a big esports event.
Before Evo France, Neia had been playing Tekken 8 almost exclusively online. She impressed at a local tournament and was signed by BMS Esports, a smaller organisation that motivated her to attend Evo France. She ultimately placed 17th out of 1,169 competitors.
“This breakthrough performance confirmed her status as one of the most exciting emerging talents in the scene,” wrote Team Vitality in a press release.
In December 2025, Neia placed fourth at Galaxian Explosion, beating some competitive players. This included winning against French competitor Georges ‘Jodd’ Nguende in the Top 8.
She will continue to compete in Tekken in 2026 under the Team Vitality colors.
