Martin Lycka, former SVP for American Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Gambling at Entain, has been named Vice President, Institutional Affairs at Oddin.gg.
As Oddin.gg continues to grow in regulated markets across the globe, Lycka will be in charge of global government and regulatory affairs in this newly established position.
Oddin.gg specialises in providing operators across several jurisdictions with B2B esports betting products, such as odds feeds, risk management and iFrame solutions.
Geographically, the company has expanded its presence further, especially in Latin America. In October 2025, Oddin.gg was certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) to offer its esports iFrame solution under Brazil’s freshly enacted iGaming regulations.
Prior to his time at Entain, Lycka also had a tenure at GVC Holdings (LadbrokesCoral) as the company’s Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Lycka, who announced his move on social media, stated: “I’m delighted to announce that I have joined one of the fastest growing suppliers to my beloved gambling industry Oddin.gg.”
Oddin.gg’s Recent Growth and Market Recognition
Over the last two years, Oddin.gg has continued to grow and develop its presence, both within the esports and wider gambling market. Oddin.gg took the lead in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe awards for 2024 by being named the fastest-growing technology company in Central Europe.
With its GLI certification, the Oddin.GG product is recognised as complying with Brazilian standards for security, integrity, and regulatory compliance, enabling the company to enter into deals with licensed operators in the country.
Oddin.gg’s Brazilian certification also came on the heels of a wider regulatory shift. All betting platforms and online games in Brazil now need certification from laboratories sanctioned by the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA).
Additonally in December 2025, Oddin.gg expanded its betting infrastructure ecosystem through the acquisition of Danish esports data company GameScorekeeper.
As Lycka takes charge of institutional affairs, the company’s regulatory efforts will extend to these and other frameworks, allowing Oddin.gg to keep working in various regulated areas.
