TL;DR

  • There are plenty of rumours regarding a range of collabs coming to Fortnite in February 2026.
  • Some of the leaks noted by Fortnite leakers include K-Pop Demon Hunters wave 2 and Marvel Rivals.
  • Fortnite revamped its social media pictures and colours, saying that in February, Fortnite wears pink.
  • The pink quote is a reference to the 2004 film Mean Girls, which could be a hint at a collab.
  • Musician Chappell Roan is also rumoured to be collaborating with Fortnite, with items including skins and a pink pony Sidekick.

February is looking to be a busy month in Fortnite, with various rumours of big collaborations on the horizon. As well as collabs with other video game franchises, there have also been leaks to suggest a new Disney sidekick, a second wave of a popular existing crossover and a collab with a Grammy-winning artist.

We’re going to take a look at some of the most prominent leaks about what could be coming to Fortnite in February.

Pink February

The official Fortnite account changed its colour scheme to pastel pink and blue across social media. They also adorned their headers and profile pictures with decorative hearts, sparkles and clouds. The revamp across socials came with a cryptic post on February 1 that states, “In February, Fortnite wears pink 🩷.” While this could just be a reference to the lovey-dovey pink aesthetic associated with Valentine’s Day, it led to a great deal of speculation in the comments.

Theories ranged from the possible return of the LGBTQIA+ event called Rainbow Royale to a collaboration with the popular K-pop girl group BLACKPINK (though BLACKPINK member Lisa has already collaborated with Fortnite and has two skins in the game).

One theory that seems most likely is that Fortnite could be doing a crossover with the film Mean Girls, as the post seems to be referring to the well-known “On Wednesdays, we wear pink” quote from the film. A Mean Girls x Fortnite collab could definitely make for a fun event, as Mean Girls is a well-established piece of pop culture that has only become more popular over the years. The characters are well known, and it has a kitschy 2000s aesthetic that would work really well for cosmetics.

Some in-game items that are possible with a Mean Girls x Fortnite collab include the following:

  • Cady Heron skin
  • Regina George skin
  • Gretchen Wieners skin
  • Karen Smith skin
  • Janis Ian skin
  • Spring fling crown back bling
  • Burn Book back bling
  • Candy cane pickaxe
  • Pink stiletto pickaxe
  • Kälteen Bar consumable
  • Jingle Bell Rock dance emote

Disney’s Stitch as a Sidekick

Sidekicks have become a popular cosmetic in Fortnite, and we have already seen major characters making appearances as Sidekicks, such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Itchy the Mouse from The Simpsons and Baby Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. Fortnite leakers @SpushFNBR and @Loolo_WRLD recently took to social media to say that popular Disney character Stitch from the Lilo and Stitch movies will be coming to the game soon as a Sidekick.

Stitch as a Sidekick makes a lot of sense, as it’s a great way to incorporate a Disney character without having them wield weapons. Stitch is also a great choice, as he is a chaotic character who would fit perfectly into the world of Fortnite. While it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, this leak is pretty believable.

Chappell Roan

A Fortnite festival collab with Grammy-winning music star Chappell Roan was originally leaked by X user @itsmeleaky when they uncovered a pink pony piñata Sidekick in the game files, along with a countrified pink and black drum kit and microphone set. One of the most well-known and reliable leakers, @HYPEX, later took to X to say that Chappell Roan is indeed coming to the game and that her skin and items will be released on February 5.

Teasers for the potential collab have also been discovered in the game, as various medieval and pink-themed items were found in Battlewood Boulevard. A clip of the pink pony Sidekick was also leaked by @Guille_GAG on X. This is another collab that hasn’t been officially confirmed, but the in-game teasers, leaked images of Chappell’s skin, and the leaked pink pony Sidekick clip seem pretty legit. Of course, we have to wait until Epic Games has officially unveiled the crossover, but this is another collab that seems real.

Overwatch 2

The characters include (from left to right): the support hero Lúcio, the damage hero Tracer, a large robotic enemy from the Null Sector faction (likely a Subjugator or similar unit from the PvE missions), the support hero Brigitte, another Null Sector robot, and the damage hero Mei

Leaker @ShiinaBR posted on X back in January that a Fortnite x Overwatch 2 collab is in the works and will be dropping in the next three months. This hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’ been speculated that it could be revealed on February 4, as Blizzard is holding a Live Spotlight Event where they will be making announcements about the game. This seems like the perfect event to reveal the collab if it is indeed in the works.

Marvel Rivals

Another video game crossover rumoured to be in the works is a collab with Marvel Rivals. Back at the beginning of January, Fortnite leakers @ShiinaBR and @FNBRintel posted on X that skins for Duelist Magik and Strategist Luna Snow were coming to Fortnite soon. The aforementioned @HYPEX then included Magik and Luna Snow as part of their post regarding leaked February Fortnite collabs, stating that the skins will be arriving around Valentine’s Day.

As with all the rumoured collabs here, take it with a pinch of salt until it’s confirmed. However, Fortnite has collaborated with Marvel Rivals before, offering an in-game glider called the Rivaled Sailer, which could be earned in Fortnite by logging into Marvel Rivals on the Epic Games Store and playing 10 eligible games within Rivals back in December 2024. Because of this existing partnership, a further collab seems very possible.

K-Pop Demon Hunters wave 2

The first wave of K-Pop Demon Hunter-themed cosmetics was enthusiastically received in Fortnite when they were released in Autumn 2025, as were the in-game weapons, items, and the game mode related to the collab. A second wave of K-Pop Demon Hunter-themed items is rumoured to be dropping as soon as this week (the week beginning February 3, 2026), as suggested by @HYPEX. The rumoured content is said to include the following:

  • Jinu skin
  • Saja Boys skins
  • Golden Emote
  • How It’s Done Emote
  • Derpy the Tiger Sidekick
  • Return of the K-Pop Demon Hunter Mythic items in Battle Royale.

The success of the first wave of items, along with the huge popularity of K-Pop Demon Hunters in general (the song “Golden” from the film recently became the first K-Pop song to win a Grammy), makes it highly likely that more content will be coming to Fortnite, but as always, we’ll have to wait until Epic Games confirms it.

That being said, the official Fortnite X account posted the following on February 2nd, “영원히 깨질 수 없는.” This translates to “forever unbreakable” in Korean, and it is also one of the lyrics in the song “Golden”, furthering rumours of an incoming second wave of K-Pop Demon Hunters content.

Conclusion

Those are just some of the most noteworthy leaks and rumours regarding Fortnite’s February content and crossovers. While some of the leaks have more tangible evidence than others, none seem too out there, especially compared to previous Fortnite collabs. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all the upcoming Fortnite content when it drops, as well as any interesting leaks that start doing the rounds online.
