Britain will be represented at this year’s Global Esports Games (GEG) in Street Fighter V, Dota 2 (open and women’s tournaments) and eFootball 2022, with a host of experienced talent helping out.
GEG will take place in Singapore in December 2021, which will see esports teams from more than 80 countries and territories compete for pride and glory. It’s a medal event that will not include prize money, and is set up by the Global Esports Federation, which formed in December 2019 and has links with the British Esports Association.
