The Stewards have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session: Race
Fact: Car 48 collided with car 8
Offence: Involved in an incident as defined by Article 2.b.iii of the F1 Esports Series Participant’s Handbook (where Article 2.b.iii relates to “denying another vehicle adequate racing room”).
Decision: A time penalty of 3 seconds is imposed after the race (3 seconds added to elapsed race time)
License Points: 3 point(s) added to the driver’s record
Reason: The Stewards reviewed the video evidence, including point-of-view footage from all drivers.
On Lap 19 of the race at Turn 16, the stewards observed Car 48 make contact with their right side on the
left side of Car 8. This resulted in Car 8 being forced over the apex of Turn 16, and losing a position as a
result. The stewards deemed Car 48 to have denied racing room to Car 8, and have issued a time penalty
as a result.
The Stewards ordered a 3-second time penalty be applied to the driver’s final race standing.
