London company eBlitz hopes to reduce in-game toxicity with new matchmaking service

eBlitz, a new company based in London, UK, hopes to prevent toxicity in competitive video games with its new matchmaking app.

Investment banker Aaron Wu founded eBlitz in April 2020 after experiencing an unfriendly atmosphere with toxic players. He gave up his role in the finance world to focus efforts into creating a gaming app where non-toxic gamers could play together.

The app gives players a chance to match, chat, play and rate other similar players, and also tracks in-game stats so players can match with those who have similar skill levels.
