Comic Con India is bringing its touring pop culture festival to Rajasthan’s capital, Jaipur, for the first time.

Comic Con India will take place from January 4th to 6th, 2026 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC).

The new edition is being organised with the Government of Rajasthan under its AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) policy. Tickets are available exclusively on the District by Zomato app.

Nodwin Gaming, the event’s organiser, said in a release that the festival will feature comic launches, cosplay contests, VR and gaming zones. It will also have sessions with leading creators and filmmakers.

Visitors can also explore leading Indian comics such as Suppandi, Chacha Chaudhary, and Shikari Shambhu, alongside international franchises and merchandise stalls.

The Jaipur Comic Con will run alongside the Rajasthan DigiFest × TiE Global Summit 2026. Mahavir Pratap Sharma, Convenor of TiE Global Summit and Past Chairman of TiE Global, said that the collaboration aims to promote local talent and drive employment.

Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and MD of NODWIN Gaming, added: “For years at Comic Con, we have met fans from Rajasthan who told us how they would travel overnight to nearby cities just to experience the event.

“Bringing Comic Con to Jaipur is our way of celebrating that spirit and creating a space right here in a city that already lives and breathes art, design, and storytelling. There couldn’t be a more fitting place for Comic Con’s Rajasthan debut than the Pink City.”

Comic Con India continues to expand

The announcement of Jaipur follows a growing list of cities for Comic Con India, which was acquired by NODWIN Gaming in 2024.

Most recently, Comic Con took place in Hyderabad alongside a DreamHack festival as well.

Upcoming editions for it include Delhi (December 5th to 7th), Bangalore (December 20th and 21st), Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
