Fortnite x Stranger Things Blitz Royale

The main event of the Stranger Things Fortnite 2025 collab is the transformation of the Blitz Royale map into a half-corrupted version of Hawkins, the small, supernatural town from the series. The map is split into two biomes: the Upside Down and a regular, non-corrupted area. The regular area is made up of locations from the show, but without the creepy corruption of the Upside Down, the ominous alternate dimension parallel to Hawkins. There are two major POIs in the regular Hawkins area: Hawkins Heights and Library Landing.
The Upside Down biome is dark and eerie, covered with an eternal nightfall. The Mind Flayer can be seen hovering ominously in the distance when red lightning flashes in the clouds. There are also creeping Mind Flayer tendrils covering everything, crawling through the buildings, spreading across the biome. The two POIs in the Upside Down side of the map are Gnarly Farms and Stranger Suburbs.
It’s a unique experience to play Blitz Royale on this half-and-half map, due to the significant changes when travelling between biomes. It can be a little jarring at times, but that’s kind of the point, and it reflects the parallel nature of Hawkins and the Upside Down well. All in all, it is a great Fortnite Stranger Things map.

Some of the locations that appear alongside the four main POIs include the Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Shop and Will Byers’s house, complete with Christmas lights adorning the wall.
