European organisation OG Esports has revealed its new branding for 2026, notably opting for a green theme with no Red Bull logo.
The new OG Esports logo harkens back to the one used by the organisation before Red Bull entered the picture, which was featured in events such as The International 2016.
OG Esports first teased the change on December 31st, 2025 with an online skit, before unveiling its new logo the following day, using the tagline ‘green shaped our history. Now, it fuels our future.’
Furthermore, the organisation shared that the new 2026 jerseys will be available soon, featuring the new green colour scheme and logo.
The change closes a significant chapter for the esports brand, with Red Bull bradning no longer at the forefront of the organisation. OG Esports originally entered a sponsorship agreement with the energy drink brand back in 2017, later adopting a similar colour-scheme.
As of this writing, it is unclear as to whether OG’s partnership with Red Bull has fully come to a close. Red Bull is still listed as a sponsor on OG Esports’ website alongside Secret Lab, Melbet and more. However, on social media, the Red Bull branding no longer features.
OG Esports in 2025
2025 has been a vital year for OG, undergoing drastic changes within its rosters and behind the scenes.
Back in September 2025, blockchain provider Chiliz Group acquired a 51% controlling stake in OG Esports. The deal saw former OG co-owner and CRO Xavier Oswald return as CEO, while founders Johan ‘N0tail‘ Sundstein and Sébastien ‘Ceb‘ Debs launched a ‘new strategic project’ surrounding the team’s ‘competitive foundation’.
Following the acquisition, OG Esports reshuffled its rosters, particularly within its Dota 2 division. The organisation saw the departure of the OG.LATAM trial roster on October 21st. The organisation would also part ways with its Dota 2 European roster on October 29th, 2025.
It wouldn’t be until November 10th, 2025 that OG Esports would unveil a new All-Filipino Dota 2 roster, alongside the organisation’s relocation from Europe to the Philippines.
OG Esports is well known as the first, and currently only, team in Dota 2 history to win The International back-to-back (2018 and 2019). After a fairly underwhelming 2025 performance, only time will tell whether the organisation can return to its former glory in the new year.
