Gaming peripherals company Corsair has signed an exclusive partnership with professional player and League of Legends World 2025 champion Lee ‘Gumayusi‘ Min-hyeong.
Announced through an official post on social media, Gumayusi is also set to be involved in the upcoming development of the company’s pro-focused peripherals.
Gumayusi’s personal collection of Corsair products includes the SABRE v2 PRO CARBON FIBER WIRELESS Gaming Mouse, a mechanical keyboard, and a cloth-made mouse pad.
The pro player has been one of the most talked about athletes in the League of Legends esports scene as of late. After winning Worlds 2025 and earning the Finals MVP award, Gumayusi shocked everyone when he left T1, putting an end to his seven-year tenure with the team.
For 2026, Gumayusi will be playing alongside his former T1 teammate Choi ‘Zeus’ Woo-je for rival team Hanwha Life Esports. The team looks set to fight for the LCK title and international success this year.
Corsair Secures Another Top-tier Partner
The peripherals company has greatly strengthened its presence in the esports space in recent times.
Aside from signing Gumayusi, the company was the official peripheral partner for Counter-Strike 2’s StarLadder’s Budapest Major 2025 and created several collections as part of a collaboration with Call of Duty, including Warzone and Black Ops 7.
Other key partnerships in the industry include Fallout and Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing, which were achieved through its SCUF Gaming and Fanatec brands.
Through his agency, FANABLE, Gumayusi commented on becoming a global ambassador for CORSAIR: “It’s a great honor to be working with CORSAIR as a global esports ambassador,” he said. “In the world of professional gaming, where victory is decided in a split second, being able to fully trust your equipment is essential.
“This trust becomes even more critical on the international stage and in grand final matches where the pressure is at its peak.”
