After completing a novation agreement with FDJ Gaming Solutions France and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), Kambi Group has officially assumed the role of sportsbook provider for OLG.

Kambi is contractually responsible for OLG’s multi-channel sports betting operations on both online and retail platforms under this arrangement. OLG launched its Kambi-powered sportsbook on January 27th, marking the official start of the new partnership.

The change comes after FDJ announced in 2025 that, provided certain requirements were fulfilled, Kambi would take over as OLG’s long-term sports betting partner.

Now that those requirements have been met, Kambi is offering sports betting services, supported by Kambi’s Turnkey Sportsbook technology, to OLG’s PROLINE brand in physical stores and PROLINE+ online.

OLG returns 100% of its profits to the province of Ontario, and this arrangement continues under the new sportsbook set-up.

Kambi’s Wider Sportsbook and Esports Activity

With a complete suite that includes its Turnkey Sportsbook, Odds Feed+, Managed Trading, Bet Builder, and esports products, Kambi bills itself as a supplier of various sports betting solutions.

Both online and on-site betting are supported by the company’s platform, which is utilised by authorised B2C operators in several regulated markets.

In addition to traditional sports betting, Kambi operates a dedicated esports vertical branded as Kambi Esports, powered by its esports subsidiary Abios.

This product covers major esports titles such as Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, VALORANT and Dota 2, offering odds, data, widgets and live content, as well as features like player props, instant betting and same-game bet builders.

Through Abios, Kambi also provides official esports data feeds and always-on esports content, including esoccer and ebasketball, to its partner network.

Werner Becher, Kambi Group Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We are delighted to have officially completed this transition and to begin this next chapter of our partnership with OLG. Having met the necessary conditions of the novation agreement, Kambi is excited to become the official sportsbook provider and to have launched with one of the world’s most respected lottery operators.

“We value our partnership with OLG and look forward to leveraging our proven technology to help them drive sustainable growth and provide a safe and entertaining betting product for their customers in Ontario.”
