Mumbai has cemented its status as a rising powerhouse in the digital economy following the conclusion of the Global Esports Games (GEG) 2026 World Finals.
Hosted at the MMRDA Grounds, the event saw 48 elite athletes from 19 nations compete for international glory in DOTA 2 and Clash Royale.
The tournament, organised by Eflag Corp and the Global Esports Federation (GEF) with support from Maharashtra Tourism, marked the first time the prestigious GEG World Finals have been held in South Asia.
