EA Sports in talks to bring Brazil and Brazilian clubs to FC 26

EA Sports has put a proposal to the CBF to bring Brazil’s national teams back for EA FC 26.

And the football game publishers are also negotiating directly with domestic clubs from Brazil’s top division, Serie A.

This is according to reports from Estadão, a popular daily newspaper published in São Paulo.

G2 Esports win first LoL MSI game vs Gen.G to give fans false hope

G2 Esports were unable to defeat the tournament favourites at the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (LoL MSI).

Most EMEA fans were ready for a 3-0 stomp by Gen.G, but the LEC team performed better than most expected.

Especially considering G2’s struggles in the MSI Play-Ins following difficult five-game series versus FURIA and GAM Esports.

However, G2 managed to take the first game before Gen.G came online to advance to the Upper Bracket with a 3-1 win.

Riot Games’ virtual K-pop group, K/DA, has seen an increased amount of streams since the release of the Netflix and Sony Pictures Animation movie, KPop Demon Hunters.

According to League Charts, the monthly listeners and streams of K/DA on Spotify have significantly increased since the movie’s release.

This increase is mainly due to the similarities between the movie’s girl group, Huntr/x, and Riot Games’ group, K/DA.

The League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (LoL MSI) is in full swing with the Bracket Stage getting underway.

Strong teams from every region are about to compete in two weeks of brutal best-of-fives.

There’s no break in this format so Pick’Ems have to be locked in by 1:15am BST July 2nd before G2 Esports face Gen.G.

NORD Esports have already announced their roster for the NLC 2025 Summer Split with three big changes.

The Spring runners-up have added two former LEC pros and an NLC prodigy who is returning after recovering from cancer.

The new/returning players are Artur ‘Zwyroo’ Trojan, Gian ‘Hid0’ Miguel Caruana, and Erik ‘Treatz’ Wessén.

Stage 1 of Marvel Rivals Ignite, the game’s first major esports season with a $3 million (£2.2m), has now concluded in most regions.

In the EMEA Playoffs, VP were defeated 3-2 by Brr Brr Patapim twice and shockingly denied Mid-Season Finals qualification.
