The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) has partnered with the Epic Games Store for the 2026 season.
As a result of the deal, the video game storefront will become an official partner of the game’s esports circuit.
Unveiled on November 21st, 2025, the Epic Games Store is one of the few partners announced for the RLCS.
2026 marks the tenth year of the Rocket League esports circuit after it launched in 2016. Over the past decade, the title has attracted several notable organisations, including Team Vitality, Ninjas in Pyjamas and NRG.
Throughout its history, the RLCS has joined forces with several non-endemic brands spanning a wide variety of industries. In April, the league partnered with trophy designer Thomas Lyte to craft trophies and medals awarded to the winners of each tournament.
On November 14th, the first online Open tournaments for the first Major began with several regions beginning their Swiss stages. For Europe, Team Vitality and Karmine Corp topped both groups while Spacestation Gaming and Gen.G finished first in North America.
In South America, the pair of Changuitos FC and Novadrift scored the top spots in their respective Swiss stage groups. The top eight teams from each Swiss stage group have qualified for the Group Stage, where 16 teams compete for eight places in the Playoffs.

Following NRG’s victory at the 2025 RLCS World Championship, the offline tournaments begin earlier than previous seasons in the form of the Kick-Off LAN. Taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from December 5th to 7th, eight teams will compete for a chance to win the first title of the season.
Following the Kick-Off LAN, the first Major of the season takes place in North America next February, while the La Défense Arena in Paris plays host to Major 2 in May.
