Fortnite Competitive Events December 2025

Unlike most esports titles, Fortnite offers various competitive events for both casual and professional players. 

With the release of Chapter 7 Season 1, a new lineup of tournaments has been announced, offering both in-game rewards and cash prizes.

The biggest of all is the Road to Unreal, consisting of a series of Ranked Cups leading up to the $1m (~£753,700) Unreal Cup. 

Esports Insider has outlined all of the Fortnite competitive events taking place in December 2025 below.

Road to Unreal

In order to participate in the Road to Unreal challenge, players will first have to reach level 350 in Fortnite. They will then need to compete in Ranked Cups, with at least one running each day from December 5th to 21st across multiple modes to climb the leaderboard.

Multiple rewards, including outfits, pickaxes, gliders, and more, will be distributed for completing various milestones. Moreover, players who reach the Unreal Rank by December 20th will automatically qualify for the Duos Battle Royale Unreal Cup to compete for a share of the $1m prize pool.

Duos Ranked, Victory, and Shop Cups

Apart from the Road to Unreal series, players can also enter Duos Ranked Cups, Duos Victory Cups, and Duos Shop Cups to earn additional rewards. There will be a total of 17 Victory Cups held from December 5th to 9th, offering a combined prize pool of $810,000 (£611,574).

Fortnite Mobile Series

Solo mobile players will be able to battle in the first-ever Fortnite Mobile Series, with top performers earning cash prizes in multiple Qualifiers.

Chaos Champion FNCS Cup

Scheduled for December 1st, the Chaos Champion FNCS Cup is a Solo Battle Royale tournament. Players will have to earn points by securing eliminations and Victory Royales, with the top participants in each region unlocking a Chaos Champions Bundle as a reward.
