G2 Petra has returned to the organisation’s active Valorant Champions Tour Game Changers roster.
After being controversially moved to the bench in April, fans are celebrating Petra ‘Petra’ Stoker’s return to competition on G2 Gozen.
From roster, to bench, to roster again
G2 Petra is one of the most successful European VCT Game Changers Players. They won eight EMEA Regional Series wins, won the Game Changers Championship in 2022, and came third in the 2023 and 2024 Game Changers Championships.
However, in April 2025, G2 decided to move Petra to the bench in favour of running trials.

The League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2025 is almost ready to start in Vancouver, Canada.
The strongest two teams from the LEC, LTA, LCK, LPL, and LCP will all compete at the international event.
But first, four of the teams will have to compete in the Play-Ins to qualify for the main Bracket Stage.

A serial cheater was fined $175,000 in court after being caught using banned software and hardware in tournaments. Fortnite has pledged to donate the money it collects to charity, while the player in question has been permanently banned from the game.

The 2025 League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC) is approaching the end of the season with the LEC Summer Split.
It’s a pivotal time of year as the 10 LEC teams will compete for a spot at the esport’s biggest event, the LoL World Championships.
All will be decided at the LEC Summer Finals LAN event held in Madrid at the end of September.

The premier Mexican division and all of its official licences were removed from the eFootball 2025 game earlier this week.

Oleksandr ‘s1mple’ Kostyljev has shared on social media that he will likely not join FaZe permanently. The Ukrainian AWPer, widely considered to be one of the greatest Counter-Strike players of all time, remains under contract with Na’Vi, providing a significant barrier for FaZe.
Replying to a fan on X who asked when s1mple would be joining FaZe, the CSGOAT replied, “Seems like not joining, keep it in secret.” Later adding, “Sometimes is hard to go out from jail.” For s1mple, that jail is his existing contract with Na’Vi who evidently are not willing to release s1mple without compensation.
