Will UK players ‘rise’ at Rocket League RLCS Raleigh Major?

The Rocket League RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major kicks off today, June 26th, with 16 of the best teams from around the world.

This is the esport’s last Major of the year before the Rocket League Championship Series World Championship.

Meaning it’s even more important that teams perform well and rack up crucial RLCS Points towards Worlds qualification and seeding.

The Raleigh Major also features a $351,000 (£255k) prize pool with the winner taking home $102k (£74k).

New League of Legends ADC Yunara gets animated music video

League of Legends’ newest champion, Yunara, has had a new animated music video created for her.

The upcoming ADC is an Ionian champion, which feels appropriate for the Spirit Blossom theme of LoL’s current season.

The video was created for her by Riot Games Korea, with the animation seemingly showing Yunara’s past in the Darkin War.

The song featured in the music video is called Flower’s Wish and is sung by Korean and VTuber Hebi.

Esports industry can join 6-a-side team for London football and poker networking event

A football team of esports industry members is being entered into a livestreamed football tournament as part of a day of networking.

The social networking event will host a 6-a-side football tournament in the day and a poker tournament at night as part of iGB L!ve’s London iGaming Week in July.

A team, called Esports United FC, has been created by GSE Group co-founder Sam Cooke and is open to all professionals in the esports scene.
