Sports betting software provider Goma Gaming has been acquired by online gambling platform provider EveryMatrix.
The goal of the move is to improve EveryMatrix’s front-end development by utilising Goma Gaming’s experience in digital UX and consumer product design.
Goma Gaming will function independently while working with EveryMatrix’s current front-end division. The reason for this move is to try and increase capacity and provide more customised experiences for sports betting and casino operators.
According to the announcement, Goma’s platform is designed to incorporate features and facilitate prolonged interaction with sports and gambling products.
Aiming for Enhanced Differentiation and Growth
EveryMatrix aims to increase flexibility to meet customer demands for customisation, retention, and high-margin features, thanks to the Goma Gaming team’s expertise.
The combined bandwidth will enable quicker delivery of unique websites and betting features, satisfying the demands of both new and current turnkey clients.
EveryMatrix CEO, Ebbe Groes, commented: “The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues”.
The terms of the acquisition were not made public, but it is a component of EveryMatrix’s larger effort to extend its range of scalable, modular iGaming technology throughout expanding international markets.
Goma CEO, Andrew Brown, added that joining EveryMatrix “means we have greater resources to rapidly scale our capacity whenever it’s needed and to make an even bigger impact.”
